Today whilst at the meet, great time and showed just how much work Tim and Janice have put in all ready to making the club such a success!  Tim, Sue and I were all laughing about having a cat show as Becca and I and Sue all breed pedigree cats.  A physical cat show is very hard to organise, Sue as a show manager can tell you more about just how much work this takes and seeing as we are a virtual club, it makes sense to have a virtual cat show.

What do people think?  Would people pay to enter their cat?  Maybe there should be a dog section to?  Some people haven’t worked out that cats are much easier, some may even want to enter both!  What would be a reasonable entrance fee? How would they get judged? Who would judge? Where would the money raised go?

If anyone is interested in taking this idea further or sharing their views please message me or leave a comment!  I wonder if there has ever been a rotary pet show before?

as a definite doggy person, I’d love to have a virtual dog show (ours are well enough behaved to visit a real show!!) Maybe we could have a virtual pet show instead of having several different ones?

I understand Tim has promoted the virtual pet show at the District meeting ready for the conference stand. Would you be able to organise this and let me know what you need please? I am liaising with the organisers and have enquired on power and internet access. We have a space for a 3×3 gazebo – do you have one/access to one for the day by any chance? Please let me know how I can help – we’re also looking for face painters for the day – anyone who has mastered this art, please can they let me know – especially if they are willing and able to be in Bristol on 22/4.
    Thanks
