Every Saturday we bring you a quick news update from around the Network which may have passed you by.
The Swindon foodbank part of the Trussell Trust and one of our nominated charities this year is holding a Quiz Night on Friday 20th September at the Trinity Centre in Westlea (Gateway Church) SN5 7DG. It costs just £3.50 per person to enter the quiz and a further £3.50 per person for a Ploughman’s Buffet. You can book your team in by email to office@swindofoodbank.co.uk.
Painless support for Foundation. Please subscribe to our Foundation eDraw which is to be launched by the end of September. All you have to do is invest £12 per year into the fund and stand to win on a monthly draw. Half the income goes to meet our commitment to Foundation and to enable us to apply for matching grants for our projects. The other half goes into the monthly prize so the more people join the better the result for everyone. Contact our eFoundation officer David Pratt at davidpratt@ntlworld.com to register your interest. Read more on the forum under Foundation projects.

Each of the projects aims to make a difference to lives and communities.HEALS is aiming to build a network of volunteer led, not-for-profit, community organisations and partners perfectly with Rotary ideals
Helpers to stand down. The request for painters and decorators to help with the new Enterprise Training Centre is now postponed. As soon as we have a new date we’ll let you know. Thanks for your patience.
