Today we received our 25th member application to join the eClub, which means we are now in the process of preparing the Charter Application Form to apply for membership of Rotary International. However there is still time to invite others to join us until our inaugural meeting which will happen before the end of January, to help do this we have added more information to the Invitation to Join Rotary page on the News Update, which includes additional information about being a member of the eClub Affordability, Flexibility, Health & Accessibility and Benefits of Membership.
For purposes of the completion of the Charter Application Form we need to include your classification, if you are unhappy with what we have allocated please let us now a.s.a.p., we have also allocated you to one of the Forums within the Club Structure Plan, again please let us know if you are unhappy with where you’ve been initially placed (this changes each year).
You will shortly be receiving a notification by email regarding the one off joining fee and annual subscription, the £15 joining fee needs to be paid with the Charter Application Fee, so your urgent attention to paying this will help the Secretary enormously.
